OUR PROCESS
CYMK PRINTING
What is CYMK? Well it stands for : Cyan, Yellow, Magenta, and Key Black. This is a method used to obtain full color scale with a print. By placing each of these separated colors, it one by one builds the bigger picture. It is a simple yet effective way to produce full color pictures/prints.
PANTONE
Pantone is the creator of the Pantone Matching System (PMS),a standardized, proprietary color language used worldwide to ensure color consistency in printing, graphic design, fashion, and manufacturing. It uses unique numbered codes to identify colors precisely, allowing brands to reproduce exact shades across different materials and global manufacturers.
ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR
Adobe Illustrator is a vector graphics editor and design software developed and marketed by Adobe. Originally designed for the Apple Macintosh, development of Adobe Illustrator began in 1985. Along with Creative Cloud, Illustrator CC was released.
TECH PACK
A tech pack is a PDF document that shows the specifications and dimensions for a product. This is how the designer and manufacturer communicate and to all be on the same page regarding the product. It tells the manufacture everything; placement, designs, colors, fabric. This way there are no issues on both sides for each product.
SCREEN PRINTING
While we mainly use plastisol ink through printing as well as CYMK, here are some other methods that work for producing designs on fabric.
- Screen Printing (Silkscreen)
- Direct-to-Garment (DTG)
- Direct-to-Film (DTF)
- Dye Sublimation
- Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)
- Plastisol Transfers
